Those beautiful words by Percy Bysshe Shelley from his poem, Hymn to Intellectual Beauty, inspired my Dazzle Painting, Autumn Afternoon.
It features rolling hills in gentle, harmonious shades of green, brown, and dun, with the sky in a softly lustrous blue fading to pearlescent lilac, painted in acrylics on a 30 x 40 cm deep-edge canvas.
