Produced to coincide with the Dorset Moon arts event in summer 2019, this collage uses graphite and charcoal, swirled through with pearlised and ceramic paints, infilled with acrylic texture gel, and finished off with metallic ink. No photograph can do it justice - you need to see it in real life to appreciate the 3D effect and lunar-inspired luminescence!
I was delighted that it was chosen by Midwest Stationers in Cheap Street, to feature in their moon-themed window display - for which they won first prize in Discover Sherborne's competition.
